– Manage my organization with sensible manner to get maximum output from employees.
– Attending new inquiries and conduct meeting with Client and must capable to understand
client’s requirement on initial building dimensional matters and overall project planning.
– Prepare Project proposal in connection with cost estimation of the same in consulting with
design department & submit it to the concerned authority.
– Continual Follow up with clients for submitted proposal.
-Order Negotiation.
– Co-ordination between project coordinators and customers.
– Site Visit.
– Sales and Customer Support.
– Monitoring the work progress of in-hand projects and taking up the responsibility of overall
operational matters relating to design, erection, commission, repairing maintenance of Buildings.
